Nelson Ofwono, Managing Director/Principal Consultant, Local Content/Economic Development

Nelson is a local content and economic development Consultant with over 30 years experience. He holds an MBA in Finance from Catholic University of Leuven and Graduate and Postgraduate qualifications in statistics from the London School of Economics and Political Science and University of Westminster (formerly Polytechnic of Central London). His experience covers, among others, Local Content Development, Project Development and Management, Management Consulting, Commercial Banking, and Statistics Management.

 

Joel Baliddawa, Director/Consultant, Project Management

Joel is a Procurement and Programme Management Specialist with over 25 years experience in the management of donor funded projects and programmes. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Mathematics and Business Administration from Bishop’s University in Canada. He has hands-on experience in the development and management of procurement and project management systems and supporting information systems. His areas of capability include: Procurement Planning & Management, Project Planning & Monitoring, Organisational Capacity-building & Training, and Information Systems Development & Management.

 

Omiat Omongin, Senior Consultant, Operations Management

Omiat is a computer systems and operations management specialist with graduate and postgraduate qualifications in mathematics and operations research from Makerere University in Uganda and the London School of Economics and Political Science in the United Kingdom respectively. He has vast experience in the establishment and management of operations systems and in the analysis of survey data from both the public and private sector perspectives.
