Who we are

Africa Services Group Limited (ASG) is an independent private economic development and management consultancy firm. ASG’s services delivery model identifies and deploys the best national and international experts to deliver relevant solutions to development challenges. Since its establishment in 2006, ASG has grown and presently has a growing expert resource base of over 25 national and international associate consultants. Through this resource base, the ASG is able to deliver services covering local content, economic development, project services, and management consulting in many sectors.

The firm is fully incorporated and licensed to carry on trade in the provision of consultancy services and has acquired has good experience working with international, regional and national development partners, governments, the private sector and civil society in Uganda and East Africa.

Our Approach

The business model of ASG focuses on building strong partnerships with carefully selected high-quality national and international experts and leveraging these partnerships to deliver assignments of consistently superior quality in a persistent manner. Therefore, the company continuously identifies and adds qualified experts to its database.

As a result, ASG is able to assemble, sometimes at very short notice, experts from different but relevant disciplines to deliver significant project efficiencies for its clients. The company has signed strategic partnership agreements with International and Ugandan firms through which it is able to deliver its services.

As a practice, each project is led by a project director who is responsible for the oversight of the project and is the principal liaison with the client. The project director assembles and supervises the technical team and provides the necessary logistics. The technical team comprised of experts and or associates of the company implements the project. The leader of the technical team is the daily contact person with the Client.
